Lead qualification and nurturing systems
Analytics and reporting tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful data for all campaigns
Ensure that all leads and contact data were obtained with proper consent
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) CAN-SPAM Act GDPR/CCPA where applicable
You are solely responsible for the legality of your contact lists and outreach practices.
4. Consent to Contact Leads
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
All leads have opted in to receive communications
You have documented proof of consent where required
You will not use purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-compliant lists
Sliding Home Digital Marketing Solutions is not liable for misuse of data or unlawful outreach conducted through our platform.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement, invoice, or service plan
Payments are due as specified and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services
We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we use advanced AI and marketing strategies, we do not guarantee:
Lead conversion rates
Revenue increases
Response rates
Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions and lead quality.
7. Data Usage and Privacy
We may process and store client data to deliver services. By using our services, you consent to:
The use of your data for campaign execution
Storage of data on secure third-party platforms
We do not sell your data. You retain ownership of your data at all times.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, messaging platforms). We are not responsible for:
Downtime or failures of third-party services
Data breaches originating from third-party providers
Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, AI models, scripts, and automation frameworks developed by Sliding Home Digital Marketing Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your business purposes only.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in unlawful or unethical practices
Payments are not made
You may terminate services according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or data
Legal claims arising from your outreach practices
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

Violations of applicable laws
